Abstract:
System- und Modullieferanten stehen vor der Herausforderung, die Wettbewerbssicherung durch die effiziente Nutzung von Unternehmensprozessen zu gewährleisten. Die Auftragsabwicklung stellt dabei einen essenziellen Kernprozess dar, der von administrativen Tätigkeiten dominiert wird. Laut vielen Studien liegt die Verschwendung in den indirekten Bereichen bei etwa 30 Prozent. Ein besonders großes Potenzial zur Verringerung dieser Verschwendung wird der Implementierung von Business Intelligence (BI) zugeordnet. In der Literatur finden sich bisher keine Modelle, die sich bei der Implementierung auf die Charakteristika des Auftragsabwicklungsprozesses (AAP) ausrichten und damit die darin vorhandenen Potenziale optimal heben. Im Rahmen einer Forschungskooperation zwischen der MAN Truck & Bus SE und des Instituts für Fabrikbetriebslehre und Unternehmensforschung (IFU) der Technischen Universität Braunschweig wurde dieses Problem aufgegriffen und ein Reifegradmodell zur bedarfsgerechten Implementierung von BI im AAP entwickelt.
