Abstract: This research seeks to understand the exploration of co-creation strategies in the collaborative strategy program for innovation in the digital era at Bank OCBC through a qualitative descriptive approach. Study data was collected through documentation, observation, and conducting in-depth interviews directly with 4 informants. The data was then analyzed using a triangulation approach, both sources and techniques, which were guided by the theory of Miles et al. The findings indicate that marketing strategies in the current digital era see collaboration between companies and customers through co-creation. At Bank OCBC, it is implemented well by paying attention to dialogue, access, risk assessment and transparency (DART) in the current era of digital disruption, the co-creation process used by Bank OCBC can be shortened by using platforms such as websites and social media so that it takes advantage of this platform by exchanging ideas with customers to see what they want about current banking products or asking for reviews regarding products that OCBC Bank already has and customer satisfaction in using the products they have so that it has an impact on sustainability. This study is able to make a positive contribution to marketing literature in product marketing and practically for banks in maintaining the business sustainability of financial institutions in Indonesia.

Abstract: Native chicken is one of the livestock that is widely maintained in rural areas in Bali, to fulfil meat and eggs as a food consumption and also for religious ceremonies. However, the population of native chicken continues to decline until 4.15% in average every year due to high price of feed and nature behaviour of the chicken that picks food either by mouth or legs causes a lot of food to be wasted. To minimize the amount of wasted food, given the wet form of feed given in accordance with the needs for production. The study was carried out in Tembuku Subdistrict, Bangli Regency, using 90 laying hens which were divided into 3 group of treatments each with 30 chickens and differentiated between wet feed and dry (ordinary) feed. Where P0 is control, P1 is given Bio L Probiotics 3 cc.liter-1 of drinking water and P2: P1 + Herbs 4 cc.liter-1 of drinking water. The results showed that P0B: 56.71% P0K: 57.54%; P1B: 58.9; P1K 59.73% and P2B: 61.08; P2K: 60.15. The highest productivity were found at P2B and P2K. While the FCR achieved by each treatment were P0B: 3.35; P0K; 3.56; P1B: 3.07; P1K: 3.24 and P2B: 2.98; P2K: 3.13. These results indicate that the providing of wet feed produces a lower FCR than dry feed. The providing of Bio L probiotics could increase productivity

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of green brand image, green price, and brand prestige on purchasing decisions for AQUA Returnable Glass Bottle products. This is a quantitative study with the population of casual dining restaurant customers in Badung Regency. They have decided to purchase and consume AQUA Returnable Glass Bottle products. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires and Likert scale. The sample was taken by using a purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that partially green brand image, green price, and brand prestige have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, green brand image, green price, and brand prestige have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The research implication for AQUA is that it is recommended to be able to maintain the image it already has while still applying green marketing as a tool to support product-purchasing decisions. For further research, the researchers should add other variables and indicators such as green products, green advertising, lifestyle, and social influence.

Abstract: Swine cattle have high economic advantages and social values in Balinese society. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC) vaccine in gestating sows. We used 26 gestating sows aged 1.5 years old at their last trimester assigning 13 sows in the control group and 13 sows in treatment group to receive multivalent ETEC vaccine twice: on the 70-75 days of gestation and a booster on 100-105 days of gestation. Sows with the vaccine treatment divided into 3 group that groups A was treated antifimbrial K41, groups B was antifimbrial 987P, while in group C was Antiimbrial K88. The changes in temperature were observed from one day before to 4 days after vaccination in a randomized block design. To determine the antibody formed, blood samples were taken one and two weeks after the first vaccine and five weeks after the booster. The blood sample was analyzed by the Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) technique. The rates of diarrhea and postnatal mortality were also observed. The results showed that the antibody titer level increased significantly in the fifth week in groups A with titer 1,94 ±0,22 and B with titer 1,98 ± 0,30 , while the number of diarrhea incidents was 0.9% compared to control 34% with a mortality rate of 0%. In conclusion, this multivalent ETEC vaccine is safe to use and has been shown to be effective for ETEC cases in swine.

Abstract: Many blood-based gene expression biomarkers for monitoring tuberculosis (TB) treatment have been suggested so far, but promising biomarker results for drug-resistant TB treatment response have not been studied. This protocol presents a prospective observational study in Indonesia to profile the human blood transcriptome for predicting the response to drug-resistant TB treatment, focusing on pulmonary TB, and to adapt the specific RNA signature to the qRT-PCR platform. Longitudinal blood samples will be collected from 44 subjects with rifampicin resistant TB, confirmed by Xpert MTB/RIF, and 52 healthy controls. RNA-Seq will be performed to identify changes in the transcriptome following TB treatment. A discriminative RNA signature will be chosen and translated into a score for use in a quantitative PCR-based assay. This study will provide crucial information to guide the discovery and design of a clinically implementable tool to monitor the response of TB treatment.
