Abstract:
Genetische Aorten-Syndrome sind autosomal-dominant vererbte Erkrankungen des Bindegewebes, die ein hohes Risiko haben zur Entwicklung akuter Aortendissektionen bereits ab dem 20. Lebensjahr. Zu den GAS zählen Entitäten wie das Marfan-Syndrom, das Loeys-Dietz-Syndrom, das vaskuläre Ehlers-Danlos-Syndrom und das Turner-Syndrom. Der Klinikarzt hat folgende Ziele bei der Versorgung genetischer Aorten-Syndrome: Die Erkennung von Verdachtsfällen, die Prävention der Entwicklung operationsbedürftiger Aneurysmen, akuter Aorten-Syndrome wie der Dissektion der Aorta, und die maximale Ausbeutung der Ergebnisse einer operativen Versorgung der Aorta. Als Mittel stehen ihm eine Genotyp- und Phänotyp-spezifische Therapie zur Verfügung, Beta-Blocker und Losartan zur Prophylaxe der Aortenerkrankung sowie Beratung zur einer der Erkrankung angepassten Lebensweise.
