Abstract:
Die steigenden Anforderungen an die Mitarbeiter und die Folgen des Wertewandels dürfen in der PE nicht unberücksichtigt bleiben. Die Konsequenz bildet deshalb – ausgehend von einer stärkeren Berücksichtigung der Ziele der einzelnen Mitarbeiter in der Unternehmung – eine Individualisierung der PE. Dazu werden zunächst der Begriff “Individualisierung” definiert und Anforderungskriterien vorgestellt, die diese Individualisierung konkretisieren. Diese Kriterien werden dann auf die PE-Bedarfsermittlung, die PE-Maßnahmen und die PE-Erfolgskontrolle angewendet, um Individualisierungspotentiale aufzuzeigen. Auch wenn eine Reihe offener Probleme bestehen bleibt und der “optimale” Individualisierungsgrad nicht generell bestimmt werden kann, erscheint eine stärkere Individualisierung in der PE als ein Schritt in die “richtige” Richtung.
