Abstract:
Für die Schaffung von Lastannahmen für eine zeitgeraffte Verschleißerprobung von Gelenken stellt sich die Situation im Vergleich zur Betriebsfestigkeit aufgrund des Fehlens eines entsprechend allgemein einsetzbaren Schädigungs- bzw. Verschleißgesetzes wesentlich komplexer dar. Zusätzlich sind aufgrund der erforderlichen zweidimensionalen Verschleißäquivalenz besondere Anforderungen an die Methodik der Zeitraffung selbst zu stellen. Neben Funktion und Verschleißerprobung von Fahrwerksgelenken werden eine tribologische Bauteilsimulation und der dabei gewählte Ansatz der Verschleißbewertung vorgestellt, der in ein für die Zeitraffung anzuwendendes vereinfachtes Verschleißmodell überführt wird. Schließlich wird das entwickelte Verfahren zur Zeitraffung selbst erläutert und durch experimentelle Ergebnisse bestätigt.
