Abstract:
Gegenstand der Untersuchungen waren die Gefüge der Fügezone in Aluminium‐Stahl‐Verbunden, die durch Magnetpulsschweißen hergestellt wurden. Mittels Elektronenrückstreubeugung, energiedispersiver Röntgenspektroskopie und Rasterelektronenmikroskop‐Untersuchungen konnten mehrere Fremdphasen in der Fügezone nachgewiesen werden. Während die aluminiumseitige Phase als Mischkristall mit Eiseneinlagerungen identifiziert werden konnte, entzog sich die dünne Phase auf der Eisenseite der Fügeverbindung einer detaillierten Analyse mit rasterelektronenmikroskopischen Methoden. Transmissionselektronenmikroskopie und Elektronenbeugungs‐Untersuchungen dieser Schicht zeigten eine Mischung aus nanokristallinen und amorphen Anteilen. In Schweißversuchen mit reduziertem Umgebungsdruck entstanden keine der typischen Zwischenschichten in der Fügezone. Dies lässt darauf schließen, dass es sich bei den Zwischenschichten um einen Niederschlag aus dem Jet handelt, der beim Kollisionsschweißen unter konventionellen Bedingungen aus dem Bereich des Fügespaltes ausgeworfen wird.
