Abstract:
La presente investigación examinó las cuestiones relativas a la armonización de los estándares de gestión de la cadena de suministro (GCS) de la Federación Rusa con los estándares europeos y pretendía confirmar el supuesto de que el aumento de los volúmenes de comercio internacional depende directamente de la disponibilidad de instalaciones logísticas adecuadas y de su gestión. El análisis realizado confirmó estadísticamente la hipótesis de que el volumen del comercio exterior depende directamente de la conformidad de los estándares de GCS con los requisitos internacionales. El estudio proporcionó varias recomendaciones relativas a la armonización de los estándares de GCS. Entre ellas, la simplificación de los procedimientos de despacho de aduanas y el aumento de la transparencia y la eficacia de las operaciones mediante el uso de tecnologías de la información y bases de datos compartidas.
