Abstract:
The problem of building a balanced map of strategic indicators in the new economic conditions requires new approaches to its solution. The choice of many quantitative and qualitative indicators remains the priority of the economic entities themselves. There is no clear concept in the established relationships between indicators and their impact on the final results. The economic literature offers various alternative models for building a system of balanced charts that allow evaluating various types of activities and making management decisions, as well as monitoring the implementation of strategic indicators. The choice of strategic indicators is aimed at achieving and maintaining a balance between the production, financial, innovative and social potential of the enterprise. The paper proposes an approach to compiling balanced maps based on the allocation of functional components of economic sustainability, i.e. it is proposed to evaluate economic sustainability in terms of the effectiveness of its function. In particular, the proposed strategic indicators reflect the financial, production, innovation and social potential of the enterprise. The result of the work was the substantiation of the methodology for developing a balanced map of strategic indicators, using a functional approach, where functional components are defined as algorithms: financial, production, market, investment and social. Based on the materials of the economic entity, the analysis of the main strategic indicators of the balanced map was carried out.
