Abstract:
Uvod/Cilj. Mekelov divertikulum (MD) najcesca je anomalija tankog creva. Nastaje usled nepotpune obliteracije omfalomezenterijumskog ili vitelinskog kanala koji normalno obliterise i nestaje do devete gestacijske nedelje. Mekelov divertikulum najcesce ne daje klinicke znake tokom zivota; nalazi se ili tokom slucajnih pregleda i intervencija ili zbog komplikacija do kojih dovodi (opstrukcija, hemoragija, ruptura) o cemu govore brojni klinicki radovi. Cilj ovog rada bio je da kod fetusa, kod kojih je vec zavrseno formiranje digestivnog trakta, odredimo incidenciju MD. Metode. Istrazivanje je sprovedeno kod 150 humanih fetusa, razlicitog pola i gestacijske starosti, primenom metode mikrodisekcije. Svaki MD je fotografisan, opisan i registrovani su njegov polozaj i dimenzije. Za histoloska istrazivanja uzeti su uzorci divertikuluma, obojeni hematoksilin- eozin metodom. Rezultati. Mekelov divertikulum je nadjen kod pet fetusa (tri muska, dva zenska); kod jednog fetusa nadjena je fibrozna traka. Svi MD bili su locirani na antimezenterijumskoj ivici tankog creva, na udaljenosti od 92,5 mm od ileumskog usca, sto je bilo u visokoj korelaciji sa staroscu fetusa. Bili su razlicitog oblika i dimenzija i imali normalnu histolosku gradju tankog creva. Zakljucak. Incidencija MD bila je 3,3%, a intestinalnih malformacija vezanih za nestanak vitelinskog kanala bila je 4%. Cesci su kod muskog pola, locirani na antimezenterijumskoj ivici tankog creva, na udaljenosti koja je visoko korelisala sa staroscu fetusa. Razlicitog oblika i dimenzija, MD su imali tipicnu gradju tankog creva. .
