    Abstract: latar belakang: Lambung merupakan serangan awal mula terjadinya berbagai macam penyakit. Gastritis merupakan inflamasi dari lapisan mukosa dan submukosa gaster atau lambung, keluhan lain nya adalah mual, muntah, kembung, rasa penuh atau terbakar di perut bagian atas. Kurang pengetahuan keluarga tentang mengenal gastritis pada keluarga khususnya pola makan pada keluarga. (Sukarmin, 2018) Tujuan: Penelitian ini memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang pola makan pada keluarga dengan masalah kesehatan gastritis. Metodologi: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan keluarga penelitian ini dilakukan pada dua anggota keluarga yang memiliki masalah pada sistem pencernaan dengan pola makan pada gastritis. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Intervensi dan pelaksanaan tindakan keperawatan yang dilakukan pada keluarga I dan II adalah memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang pola makan pada keluarga dengan masalah kesehatan gastritis. Evaluasi yang dilakukan terhadap dua keluarga bahwa keluarga mengerti dan melaksanakan pola makan yang teratur dan menghindari makanan yang dapat meningkatkan asam lambung. Kesimpulkan: Bahwa penelitian ini dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. pada kasus I dan II tentang pola makan pada keluarga dengan masalah kesehatan gastritis yang dialami pada kedua keluarga dapat teratasi

    Abstract: Pneumonia is the fifth leading cause of death in the elderly. If sputum is not expelled, it can lead to the accumulation of secretions in the airway and lungs, potentially obstructing smaller airways and causing insufficient ventilation, resulting in respiratory disturbances. Therefore, the immediate action required is the mobilization of sputum through effective coughing. The role of nurses in providing care for pneumonia patients includes promotive efforts, which involve motivating clients to engage in regular physical exercise, maintaining a proper diet, avoiding smoke exposure, and taking steps to stay healthy. Pneumonia patients are recommended to perform a 6-minute walking exercise, a simple walking exercise lasting for 6 minutes. The research objective is to implement the 6-minute walking exercise for pneumonia patients. The research methodology employs a case study approach where the researcher explores nursing care for pneumonia patients experiencing ineffective airways, ranging from assessment to nursing evaluation. The research findings indicate that the 6-minute walking exercise is effective in addressing issues related to ineffective airways in pneumonia patients.

    Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world in the last 2 years has an impact on almost the entire global economy, including Indonesia as a result of this pandemic. The domestic economy experienced a significant decline, especially in the national micro, small and medium enterprises sector. The decline in population income affects internal economic inflation. Recovery of population income affects internal economic inflation. This economic recovery is one way to restore the efficiency of the national micro, small and medium enterprises economy. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. From this research paper, there are results that economic recovery for MSMEs affected by COVID can be carried out well, if there is cooperation between the government and the community as well as national micro, small and medium enterprises, because these contributions are needed so that the domestic economic sector can recover and become good.

    Abstract: The growing development of sharia-related products that are increasingly crowded in Indonesia also has an effect on the business development of PT Pegadaian (Persero). Therefore, PT Pegadaian (Persero) also issued a new product that smelled of sharia under the name Pegadaian Syariah. The legal basis for the establishment of Sharia Pawnshops is PP No. 103 dated November 10 2000 and Fatwa DSN No. 25 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 concerning Rahn. For this reason, this study aims to examine and analyze the effect of promotions, prices and loan disbursement procedures on customer interest in using rahn products in Islamic pawnshops. This research uses quantitative research. The type of data used in this research is primary data. Primary data is data that comes from the original source or the first one that comes from a questionnaire. Based on the analysis and data processing above, the results obtained include promotion variables that affect customer interest, price variable affects customer interest and loan disbursement procedure variables also affect customer interest. Keywords: Customer Interest, Promotion, Price / Cost, Fund Disbursement Procedure, Sharia Pawnshop

    Abstract: This study aims to explore the importance of teaching and learning activities in the educational process in schools and how teachers can improve student achievement through the application of appropriate teaching and learning strategies. The text discusses that the success of educational attainment depends largely on the quality of the learning process involving intellectual, emotional and behavioral aspects of students. Education is a conscious and planned effort to develop students' potential in various aspects of life. To improve learning achievement, teachers need to master the class during the learning process by choosing strategies, models, and learning media that suit students' interests and abilities. Teachers are also the main human resources in improving the quality of education in schools and need to be managed properly through managerial and operational functions in human resource management (HRM). Work as a teacher is a professional job, so a professional teacher must have four competencies, namely pedagogic, personality, social, and professional competencies. This research can contribute to improving the quality of the learning process and student achievement in schools.

    Abstract: Strategi pemasaran adalah suatu suatu prosedur pemasaran yang terencana dan terstruktur yang akan dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Seiring dengan berkembangnya suatu perusahaan, maka persaingan perusahaan tidak dapat dihindari, terutama di dunia perbankan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana strategi untuk pemasaran perbankan syariah agar tetap maju serta eksis di era revolusi industri keempat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi strategi manajemen pemasaran bank syariah di era revolusi industri 4.0 di Indonesia saat ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif melalui pengumpulan data yang detail serta mendalam dengan melibatkan beragam sumber informasi. Hasil penelitian yang di dapat adalah, pengembangan strategi pemasaran perbankan syariah, yaitu optimalisasi produk yang mendorong optimalisasi keuntungan bisnis, meningkatkan kualitas SDM, meningkatkan kecanggihan teknologi serta meningkatkan kuaitas produk. Adapun pengembangan strategi pemasaran bank syariah dengan analisis SWOT, yaitu: 1) Strategi Strengths-Opportunities, 2) Strategi Weaknesses-Opportunities, 3) Strategi Strengths-Threats, 4) Strategi  Weaknesses-Threats.

    Abstract: Banking institutions are one of the activator of a country's economy, namely business entities that collect funds from the public in the form of deposits and channel them back to the public in the form of credit. Efficient and optimal fund collection and distribution conducted by banks will be in line with the main objective of banking, namely achieving a level of profitability. Therefore, banks need to maintain profitability in order to remain stable or even increase. Return on Asset (ROA) is used as a proxy in measuring the profitability of a bank. A fairly complex problem in bank operational activities is liquidity management, due to the existence of funds managed by banks, most of which are short-term funds obtained from the public and can be withdrawn at any time. The purpose of this study is to obtain findings regarding the effect of capital adequacy ratio (CAR) and liquidity on profitability . The research method is to use quantitative research with secondary data, namely where the data that has been published with data collection using documentation techniques and analysis techniques using explanatory research methods. The results showed that capital adequacy ratio (CAR) and liquidity partially had a positive and insignificant effect on profitability while simultaneously had a significant effect on profitability.

    Abstract: Abstract This study aims to determine and identify the causes of defects in the production process of PT. Triteguh Manunggal Sejati and know the level of sigma level. This research uses the six sigma method with the DMAIC approach as a quality control tool, which includes the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control stages. Based on this study the results obtained are the level of sigma level at PT.Triteguh Manunggal Sejati is 4.96, which means that in the stage of sigma level the company has not reached the level of six sigma levels because in the production process at PT.Triteguh Manunggal Sejati still has product defects in the production process not yet achieved zero defect. The causes of product defects are based on cause and effect diagrams namely lid / seal defects are leaky lid, broken lid, and tilted lid. Kata kunci : Defect, Six Sigma, DMAIC, cause and effect diagram

    Abstract: In this research, the concept of designing a tool for automatically pulling cassava using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method is intended to design a cassava pulling tool by considering the needs and customer wants of cassava farmers as tool users. The aim of the research is to redesign the initial concept which is a continuation of previous research that carried out, because design activities or product design are important and absolute things to do before the production process and with QFD can be designed and developed the new products that are able to integrate quality into designs that meet consumer wants and needs which are translated into technical requirements. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, it is known that consumers wants for cassava pulling tools can be described in the customer requirements attribute, where the cassava pulling tool is made of light material, affordable price, can remove more than one stem, the tool is durable, safe to use and has additional functions besides pulling. And the technical characteristics (technical requirements) that influence the tool making process are the capability and strength of the driving machine, the quality of the driving machine, the quality of the light and non-corrosive frame, components for the driving system, the right finishing process. The conclusion from the HOQ analysis shows the greatest weight of importance with a value of 30% where the tool made can remove more than one cassava stem at once. This became the basic reference for developing a redesign of the automatic cassava pulling tool that was made. Keywords: Automatic, cassava pulling tool, design, the Quality Function Deployment
