Content:
This series studies the ways in which people outside the mainstream have tried to broaden the possibilities of architecture. One program profiles a school which teaches do-it-yourself house building. Another describes people who have broken new ground in building - for example, a Texan sculptor who spent ten years welding a 'house of steel' - and the third ponders the creative alternatives that will be available to architects in the future, such as a home entirely controlled by a 'house-brain', or a colony on the moon. Content:
(WDR-Info)
