Abstract: Two isomeric bis (trimethylsiloxy) naphthalenes and two isomeric bis (triethylsiloxy) naphthalenes were newly synthesized, their properties examined. The yield of 1,4‐bis (trialkylsiloxy) napthalenes was found to be less than other isomers by unknown reason.
