Ausgehend von vielversprechenden Studien und traditionellem Wissen stellen die Yogalehrerin Wolff (zuletzt ID-B 31/15, ID-A 13/12) und die Psychologin Starck ein Konzept aus westlicher und ayurvedischer Psychologie und Yogalehre vor, das psychisch belasteten Menschen durch gezielte Übungen im Alltag hilft. Nach Beschreibung der Krankheiten (Depression, Schlafmangel, Burn-out, Ängste) zeigen sie in klarem Aufbau jeweils einige Asanas sowie farblich abgesetzt "schnelle Hilfen" aus Mantras, Meditationen und Mudras. Zentral sind stolze, aufrichtende und Sicherheit vermittelnde Haltungen, deren Intentionen gut dargestellt werden. Yogalehrer erhalten zudem Unterrichtshinweise (z.B. zu Ansprache, Planung, Korrektur). Insbesondere die überzeugende Sprache, das grundlegende stille Versenken im Rhythmus der Übungen und die warme Farbgebung können Betroffene erreichen, wobei auf die Notwendigkeit einer begleitenden schulmedizinischen Therapie hingewiesen wird.
