1 1. 1 Problemstellung Der Wettbewerb zwischen produzierenden Unternehmen findet auf den Feldern Kosten, Lieferzeit und Qualitat statt. Diese Herausforderung zwingt auch weiterhin zu erhohtem Kostenbewußtsein und zur Ausschöpfung aller im Unternehmen vorhandenen technischen und organisatorischen Rationalisierungspotentiale /1, 2, 3/. Die Konstruktion nimmt hierbei, wie in Bild 1 dargestellt, eine Schlusselstellung ein. Die durch deren Kostenverantwortung konstruktiv festgelegten 70 Prozent der Herstellkosten sowie die Kostenverursachung im Bereich der Fertigung weisen auf ein groBes Rationalisierungspotential bei der Abstimmung zwischen Konstruktion und Fertigung hin /4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9/. Kostenverursachung Bild 1: Kostenverantwortung und Kostenverursachung verschiede ner Unternehmensbereiche /4/ Aufgrund des nach wie vor weitverbreiteten Inseldenkens in den einzelnen Unternehmensbereichen, aber auch aufgrund fehlender - 1- methodischer Hilfsmittel, trifft man in der Praxis dennoch vor allem eine funktionsorientierte, nur unzureichend auf die Fertigung abgestimmte Gestaltung der Werkstücke an. Dieses jedes produzierende Unternehmen beschäftigende Problem tritt auch in der Blechteilefertigung immer stärker zutage. In der Blechteilefertigung wurden im Vergleich zur spanenden Fertigung flexible Fertigungseinrichtungen zeitversetzt eingeführt /10/. So sind hier neben der grundsätzlichen Aufgabe der Abstimmung zwischen Konstruktion und Fertigung auch noch ein Technologiesprung durch die Einführung von flexiblen Blechteilefertigungszellen und -systemen und damit auch klderungen der Fertigungsstruktur zu bewältigen /11, 12, 13/. Zudem ergeben sich durch den verstärkten Einsatz von CAD-Systemen und deren Möglichkeiten zur schnellen Variantenkonstruktion /111/ weitere Anforderungen an die flexible Blechteilefertigung
