In seinem neuen Buch beschäftigt er sich intensiv mit den Produkten der Nahrungsmittelindustrie und prüft etliche Ernährungsmythen. In jeweils einzelnen Kapiteln widmet er sich den Gefahren von Zucker, Fett und Zusatzstoffen für den Darm und andere Organe. Eine verständliche Verbraucherinformation wie z.B. auch in A. Ernährung ist heute nicht mehr nur Stillen von Hunger oder gemeinsames Genießen, sondern ein Riesenmarkt für Konzerne. Deren Produkte sind eher am Gewinn als am Wohl der Verbraucher ausgerichtet. Dabei sind ernährungsbedingte Krankheiten immer weiter auf dem Vormarsch.
