Der Text enthält kaum Formeln, ist dafür aber mit kleinen Farbzeichnungen und extra Abschnitten über Sonderthemen angereichert. Angesprochen werden bereits Leser ohne Vorwissen, doch können auch Schüler oder sogar Studenten (lockeres Lehrbuch Dirk Labuhn: BA 6/08, 6. Auflage 2013, anspruchsvoll Christoph Strunk: ID-G 11/15) von der didaktisch gelungenen Darstellung profitieren. Nachdrückliche Empfehlung schon für kleinere naturwissenschaftliche Bestände! (1 S)

Verständlich und humorvoll geschriebene Einführung in die Thermodynamik, die theoretische Erkenntnisse auf die Energiewende überträgt und daneben zum sparsamen Umgang mit Strom aufruft. Ohne Vorkenntnisse lesbar, aber auch für Schüler und Studenten geeignet.
