Letztlich geht es darum den Partner in Planungen mit einzubeziehen, Verantwortung abzugeben und neue Routinen für den Alltag zu entwickeln. Wem so viel Struktur und Planung zu viel ist, der muss "resignative Reife" entwickeln, will heißen: Fünf grade sein lassen. Die Autorin (hier ID-A 20/20) ist Bloggerin. Mental Load bezeichnet all die Dinge, die Frauen für ihre Kinder und Ehepartner im Kopf haben: Termine, Finanzen, Haushalt, Schule, Kindergarten. Dies stellt häufig eine große Belastung dar. Die Psychologin und Elternbloggerin zeigt Lösungen und Auswege auf, z.B. Arbeitsteilung, Freiräume schaffen.
