    Content: In addition to a discussion that seems to be in fashion, the purpose of this book is to contribute, in fact, to the reflections and practices that streamline and move the school environment. When one intends to articulate ethics, training, interculturality and decoloniality to think about education, he wants to dialogue not only with the researchers of the themes dealt with here, but above all to reach the school and classroom environment. It is in these places that, effectively, emerge challenging situations that, more often than not, people have difficulties in understanding, recognizing and building solutions. Always resorting to more of the same, what usually happens is a superficial and shallow look at the concerns and dramas that generate these challenges, problems and conflicts. That type of teacher training, which predominates in teacher training courses, seems to ask for a new meaning and meaning, as it is no longer able to respond and meet the demands and expectations of school training. Perhaps it is necessary to go beyond an education guided only by reason or by an idea or ideal of being human, but to take the reflections of classic and contemporary authors in order to enable us to include the ethical and aesthetic dimension in order to contribute to the construction of a process pedagogical approach that has freedom and human autonomy as its starting point and telos. The classroom is more than a place where knowledge is merely transmitted, but a space for coexistence, joy, exchange of affection and knowledge. We know that the people who are there carry passions, drives, feelings and a history that needs to be valued and taken into account
    Content: Para além de uma discussão que parece estar na moda, a proposta desse livro é contribuir, de fato, para as reflexões e práticas que dinamizam e movimentam o ambiente escolar. Quando se pretende articular ética, formação, interculturalidade e decolonialidade para pensar as coisas da educação, ele quer dialogar não apenas com os pesquisadores das temáticas aqui tratadas, mas sobretudo chegar ao ambiente da escola e da sala de aula. São nesses lugares que, efetivamente, emergem situações desafiadoras que, no mais das vezes, as pessoas têm dificuldades em compreender, reconhecer e construir soluções. Sempre recorrendo ao mais do mesmo, o que geralmente acontece é um olhar superficial e raso às inquietações e dramas geradores desses desafios, problemas e conflitos. Aquele tipo de formação de professores, que predomina nos cursos de licenciatura, parece pedir um novo significado e sentido, pois não está mais dando conta de responder e atender às exigências e às expectativas da formação escolar. Talvez seja necessário irmos além de uma educação pautada somente pela razão ou por uma ideia ou ideal de ser humano, mas tomar as reflexões de autores clássicos e contemporâneos de maneira a nos possibilitar incluir a dimensão ética e estética no sentido contribuir na construção de um processo pedagógico que tenha como ponto de partida e como telos a liberdade e a autonomia humana. A sala de aula é mais do que um lugar onde meramente se transmite conhecimento, mas um espaço de convivência, de alegria, de trocas de afetos e saberes. Sabemos que as pessoas que aí se encontram são portadoras de paixões, de pulsões, de sentimentos e de uma história que precisa ser valorizada e levada em consideração
