Das Arbeitsbuch 2016 stellt die Theaterarbeit Frank Castorfs in ihrer internationalen Wahrnehmung vor, erinnert an seine Anfänge im Vorpommerschen Anklam, kartografiert sein Schaffen an der Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz und fokussiert diese Rundumschau in übergreifenden Aspekten wie „Mediale Strategien“ (Alexander Kluge), „Philosophische Interpretationen“ (Boris Groys), „Ost- West-Transformationen“ (Carl Hegemann).
