Die Wärmeabstrahlung des menschlichen Körpers ist einerseits von der Variabilität der menschlichen Konstitution, andererseits von Aussenbedingungen abhängig. Das Ergebnis dieser Interaktion lässt sich im thermographischen Bild erfassen. Eine Anwendung der Thermographie in der Beurteilung der Arbeitsbedingungen setzt eine Kenntnis der Verteilungsmuster der Wärmeabstrahlung beim Menschen und ihre Variation voraus. Die an 338 Personen durchgeführten Untersuchungen lassen das Auftreten bestimmter Typenbilder der Wärmeabstrahlung erkennen. Die Ergebnisse zeigten jedoch, dass eine Perzentilierung der Wärmeabstrahlung auf der Basis von Mittelwerten oder Summenwerten keine ergonomische Umsetzung zulässt. Die verschiedenen Typen, die sich aufgrund der thermographischen Grundmuster feststellen lassen, bleiben bei unterschiedlichen Aussenbedingungen konstant. Hiermit ist eine Voraussetzung für die vergleichende Prüfung von Arbeitsplätzen mittels Thermographie gegeben, wie am Beispiel der Fahrzeugsitzgestaltung, des Marschierens u.a.m gezeigt wird. (AUT)
