Es folgen 3 ungewöhnliche, aber interessante und aufschlussreiche Kapitel über Ausbildung und Arbeit von Polizeipferden: So ist auch zu sehen, wie aus "Lady Marmelade" ein tüchtiges Polizeipferd wird, das den Lärm von Platzpatronen ebenso gelassen erträgt wie Blaulicht und Martinshorn. Den Abschluss bildet die Schilderung eines Pferderennens mit allen Vor- und Nachbereitungen. Wie gewohnt mit guten Fotos, kindgerechtem Text und einer netten Comicfigur, die zusätzliche Erklärungen und Tipps gibt. Empfehlung für alle Bibliotheken.. - Auch Pferde müssen ausgebildet werden, bis aus ihnen ein Reitpferd wird - und ganz besonders viel Mühe und Arbeit kostet ein tüchtiges Polizeipferd. Ab 5.
