The papers in this volume were presented at the Twenty-Second SIAM Conference on Parallel Pro-cessing for Scientific Computing (PP24), held on March 5-8, 2024 in Baltimore, Maryland, U.S. This series of conferences has played a key role in promoting parallel scientific computing, algo-rithms for parallel systems, and parallel numerical and data science algorithms in computational sci-ence communities. The conference is unique in its emphasis on the intersection among high-perfor-mance scientific computing and scalable algorithms, architectures, and software. The conference pro-vides a forum for communication among the applied mathematics, computer science, and computational science and engineering communities.
