Elements of the ornamental border (Reilly 574, 765, and 791) and two of the three cuts of ships (Reilly 1144 and 1145) are identified as having been used, in 1774 and 1775, by Isaiah Thomas at Boston and Worcester, by Thomas and Henry Walter Tinges at Newburyport, Mass., and subsequently by Tinges and Ezra Lunt also at Newburyport. It is possible that the cuts remained at the Newburyport printing office and were used by John Mycall who was partnered with Tinges in 1775 and 1776, and who, in September 1776, remained the only printer in that town
