Content: Daten von multivariaten räumlichen Punktprozessen werden immer leichter verfügbar. Deswegen ist es notwendig geeignete Methoden für deren Analyse zur Verfügung zu haben. Bisherige Ansätze konzentrieren sich auf Punktprozesse mit zwei oder drei Komponenten. Für die simultane Analyse einer hohen Anzahl an Komponenten fehlen jedoch die Methoden. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist, multivariate räumliche Punktprozesse zu strukturieren basierend auf ihrem räumlichen Verhalten. Der Ansatz in dieser Arbeit erweitert die Idee, Hauptkomponentenanalyse nicht nur auf numerischen oder funktionalen zusammenfassenden Merkmalen anzuwenden, sondern auch auf einer Kombination von beidem. Dafür wird Hybride Multivariate Funktionale Hauptkomponentenanalyse eingeführt für die simultane Analyse von funktionalen Daten und Vektordaten. Der vorgeschlagene Ansatz wird in einer Simulationsstudie evaluiert und anschließend auf einem Datensatz der Duke Universität angewendet für ein besseres Verständnis der räumlichen Verteilung von Baumarten.

Content: Due to an increasing amount of multivariate spatial point process data with both a large number of points and component processes, there is a great demand for appropriate methods to deal with them. Most existing approaches concentrate on the case of two or three component processes, but here is a shortage of methods analyzing a large number of component processes simultaneously. Thus, the aim of this thesis is to structure multivariate spatial point processes based on the spatial behavior of component processes. The proposed approach extends the idea of using principal component analysis methods on either numerical or functional summary characteristics to the combination of both. To include both types, hybrid multivariate functional principal component analysis is introduced for the simultaneous analysis of multivariate functional and vector data. Estimation methods are discussed. The proposed approach is evaluated in a simulation study and subsequently applied to the Duke forest data set to gain further understanding of the spatial behavior of tree species.

Content: Die Entwicklung statistischer Methoden für Objekte mit geometrischer Struktur ermöglicht die Analyse komplexer Daten in dem zugrundeliegenden Raum. Graphen wertige Daten mit nicht gelabelten Knoten lassen sich mathematisch in einem nicht Euklidischen, metrischen Raum darstellen. Mithilfe dieser Darstellung wird ein lineares Regressionsmodell zu additiven und generalisierten additiven Regressionsmodellen für Graphen wertige Daten als Regressand erweitert. Außerdem werden Interpretationen und die Form der dazugehörigen Regressionsfunktionen untersucht. Abschließend wird ein generalisiertes additives Modell auf Teile des Europäischen Fluggastverkehrs während der Covid-19 Pandemie angewendet.

Content: The development of statistics for objects with geometric structure enables researchers to account appropriately for the space of complex data in their analysis. Graph-valued data with unlabeled vertices can be represented mathematically in a non-Euclidean, metric space. Utilizing this representation, an extension of a linear regression framework to an additive as well as generalized additive regression framework for graph-valued data as response is developed. Potential interpretations for and the form of the respective regression functions are studied. Moreover, the generalized additive framework is applied to an air passenger network of parts of the European Union during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Content: The last decade has witnessed an increase of interest in the spatial analysis of structured point patterns over networks whose analysis is challenging because of geometrical complexities and unique methodological problems. In this context, it is essential to incorporate the network specificity into the analysis as the locations of events are restricted to areas covered by line segments. Relying on concepts originating from graph theory, we extend the notions of first-order network intensity functions to second-order and local network intensity functions. We consider two types of local indicators of network association functions which can be understood as adaptations of the primary ideas of local analysis on the plane. We develop the nodewise and cross-hierarchical type of local functions. A real data set on urban disturbances is also presented.
