Andreas de Bruin widmet sich den Ergebnissen des von 2010 bis 2020 erprobten Münchner Modells »Achtsamkeit und Meditation im Hochschulkontext«, an dem 2000 Studierende teilnahmen. In Meditationstagebuchnotizen berichten sie darüber, welche Bedeutung das Praktizieren von Achtsamkeit und Meditation in ihrem Studium und im täglichen Leben erhalten hat. Neben einem Überblick über den aktuellen Stand der Forschung, vertiefenden Beiträgen und Erläuterungen wichtiger Begriffe aus der Achtsamkeits- und Meditationspraxis finden sich im Buch auch zahlreiche Übungen samt Anleitungen.
