Transportversicherung Seit der dritten Auflage dieses Werkes hat sich nicht nur die Gesetzeslage geändert. Mit der Schaffung der DTV Güter 2000 für die Warenversicherung und der DTV-ADS 2009 hat sich für die Schiffsversicherung ein völlig neues Bedingungsgefüge ergeben. In England sind mit den International Hull Clauses von 2003 und den Institute Cargo Clauses 2009 ebenfalls neue Rahmenbedingungen entstanden. Die Verfasser dieser Neuauflage setzen die Tradition des Werkes als Leitfaden und praktische Einführung in die Transportversicherung fort. Während sich in Deutschland die DTV Güter 2000 schon gut etabliert haben und nach Schätzungen bereits in etwa 50 % aller Warenversicherungsverträge vereinbart werden, haben etwa die International Hull Clauses noch keine besondere Akzeptanz erfahren. Wann sich die DTV-ADS 2009 durchsetzen werden, bleibt abzuwarten. In dieser Phase zieht dieses Buch jeweils die alte und die neue Bedingungslage in Betracht und ermöglicht dem Leser damit einen Überblick über die wesentlichen Unterschiede.
