L?artiste belge Philippe De Gobert (1946) explore les frontières ténues qui séparent réalité et fiction. Ses photographies en noir et blanc présentent des espaces épurés aux lignes austères qui baignent dans une lumière diffuse et irréelle. Ces lieux évidés sont toutefois marqués par les traces laissées par l?humain avant qu?il ne s?absente. L?observation attentive de ces agrandissements photographiques sème cependant le doute : de ces architectures mystérieuses surgissent des incohérences d?échelles et de prises de vue. L?image, que l?on prenait pour une vue d?intérieur, se révèle être la photographie d?une maquette : des images construites, des lieux imaginés, ou encore des ateliers d?artistes fantasmés. 00Exhibition: Musée des Arts Contemporains, Hornu, Belgium (25.06-03.09.2017)
