Siegmar Gumz hat an der TU Berlin Planung und Betrieb im Verkehrswesen studiert und ist seit 1991 in der HOFFMANN-LEICHTER Ingenieurgesellschaft tätig. Seit dem Jahr 2000 ist er geschäftsführender Gesellschafter. Im Jahr 2007 wurde er als öffentlich bestellter und vereidigter Sachverständiger im Bereich Verkehrswesen benannt. Darüber hinaus ist er in den Bereichen schalltechnische Untersuchungen, Projektsteuerung und in moderierten Planungsprozessen tätig. Dr.-Ing. Claudia Nash studierte Angewandte Geographie/Raumentwicklung an der Universität Trier und promovierte am Fachgebiet Integrierte Verkehrsplanung/Mobilitätsentwicklung der Universität Kassel. Nach Tätigkeiten in einem Verkehrsverbund und im Consulting arbeitet sie seit 2017 im Bereich Verkehr in der öffentlichen Verwaltung und ist seit 2016 bei der HOFFMANN-LEICHTER Ingenieurgesellschaft im Bereich der Publikationserstellung tätig. M. Sc. Matthias Jakob hat an der TU Berlin Planung und Betrieb im Verkehrswesen studiert und ist seit 2011 in der HOFFMANN-LEICHTER Ingenieurgesellschaft tätig. Seit 2015 ist er Projektmanager im Bereich Verkehrsplanung und hat insbesondere Verkehrsuntersuchungen zu Einzelhandelsvorhaben durchgeführt. Darüber hinaus beschäftigt er sich mit Lichtsignalanlagen, Erschließungskonzepten, Verkehrsprognosen und Verkehrssimulationen. .
