Klar gestaltetes grossformatiges Suchbilderbuch. Jeweils eine Doppelseite gehört einem Menschen und seinem Hobby oder ihrem Beruf, der genannt wird. Auf der rechten Seite ist der Mensch bei seiner Beschäftigung zu sehen. Die Archäologin gräbt das Fossil aus, der Gärtner gräbt im Boden. Auf der linken Seite ist dann das abgebildet, was für die Tätigkeit gebraucht wird - im weitesten Sinn. Denn "brauchen" tut die Surferin das Perlenarmband nicht, und man kann auch ohne Tätowierung Motorrad fahren. Aber alle benannten Utensilien lassen sich auf dem Ganzkörperbild wiederfinden, und das ist ja der Spass beim Betrachten. Die Auswahl der Berufe und Hobbys folgt keinem erkennbaren Plan, auch ein Pirat z.B. ist dabei. Die Geschlechterverteilung gewinnen die Männer 28:16. Immerhin üben die Personen auch "untypische" Tätigkeiten aus. Es gibt helle, braune und dunkle Hautfarben. Die Bilder sind grafisch stark vereinfacht und flächig, die Farben gedeckt.
