Die Charaktere der Protagonisten sind beeindruckend und klar dargestellt, die Sprache sehr eingängig. Bei Bedarf an etwas außergewöhnlichen, tiefergehenden Geschichten zu Liebe und Tod ist der Titel ein Gewinn für jeden Bestand. Das Cover ist allerdings eher nichtssagend, jedoch mit Glimmereffekt.
