Samir Hasanov untersucht die machtpolitischen Interessen Russlands im Südkaukasus für den Zeitraum von 1992 bis 2014. Die qualitativen Interviews am Ende der Arbeit dienen dem Zweck, die Überzeugungskraft und Stichhaltigkeit der bisherigen Argumente auf den Prüfstand zu stellen.
