1. 'The Young Man and the Sea' (Ernesto Camacho), a co-operative fishing community in Latin America advocating the benefits of working together to fight injustice and capitalism. 2. 'Give Us Tomorrow' (Alhajim Suleman), the plight of women cloth traders in the transition from colonialism to independence in West Africa. 3. 'Confessions from the Old World' (Nguyen Thi Kim Son), personal letters from American soldiers in Vietnam which give confessions of their treatment of Vietnamese villagers. 4. 'Which Way to Turn' (Daniela Surina), the story of a girl who runs away from an Italian village to work in a factory in Milan, and joins other women to strike for better working conditions. 5. 'The Boss and I' (Karl Pöschel), a factory manager and her driver who demonstrate the responsibilities of workers and managers within the framework of co-operation and mutual wellbeing. [The Soviet story, presented by Schamscha Aipanow, is missing from this copy.]
