Eveline Helmink ist Chefredakteuerin der niederländischen Ausgabe der Zeitschrift "Happinez". Ihr fiel auf, dass in den sozialen Netzwerken fast nur Positives geteilt wird. Die originelle Aufmachung und die Kapitelüberschriften, die Illustrationen und eingestreuten Zitate machen Lust darauf, mehr über Helminks "Soulhacking" zu erfahren. Es läuft aber alles auf einige wenige bereits bekannte Basics hinaus: Entspannung, Dankbarkeit und Vergebung, gesunder Schlaf und Ernährung, Digital Detox, Verbindung mit der Natur usw. Winziger Druck auf über 250 Seiten, hochwertiges Papier und ein fester Einband mit Fadenheftung, 900 g schwer. Viel Buch für's Geld, aber nur in ausgebauten Beständen als nette Ergänzung sinnvoll.
