Die gelernte Fotografin und Autorin M. Jarsetz hat bereits zu den Versionen 3, 4, 5 und 6 sehr empfehlenswerte Bücher vorgelegt (ID-A 6/11, 38/12, 8/14, 8/16) und nun eine überarbeitete, auf die neuen Features und Funktionen von Lightroom angepasste Auflage herausgebracht. Dabei sind die Unterschiede von 6 zu CC nur gering. Sicher, nur noch als Abo und keine Kaufoption mehr. Bessere Performance, die ebenso nicht literaturrelevant ist. Dann aber u.a. neu einen Filter zum Entfernen von Dunst, die Upright-Funktion und die automatische Korrektur von Randverkrümmungen. Beibehalten wurde von Jarsetz das bewährte Konzept, je Kapitel eine kurze Einführung und ein "Auf einen Blick"-Teil. Dann folgen - mit gutem Bildmaterial unterstützt - die jeweiligen Workshops, angereichert mit Grundlagenexkursen, wo sinnvoll. Die Reihenfolge orientiert sich am Standardworkflow. Alles ist attraktiv gestaltet und illustriert, die Erklärungen sind auch für Einsteiger sehr gut zu verstehen. Weiterhin eine eindeutige Empfehlung für den rundum gelungenen Lightroom-Einstieg, sowohl für Ein- als auch Umsteiger.
