Content:
Following the Russian Revolution, Maxim is now put in charge of the state bank, where he learns the complexities of the banking industry. His girlfriend, Natasha, is given new duties as a judge, while a violent enemy of the Republic named Platon Vassilievich Dymba is arrested with Maxim's help after trying to commit a robbery. Maxim also exposes a group of tsarist officers, who are conspiring against Lenin. The film ends with Maxim joining the Red Army in its fight against the German occupation. The film was also released in the United States in 1939 under the title 'New Horizons'
