In Einstürzende Reichsbauten entwickeln die Künstlerin Henrike Naumann, die Kunsthistorikerin Angela Schönberger und der Architekt und Designtheoretiker Andreas Brandolini ein kollaboratives Projekt, das Naumanns Arbeiten Aufbau Ost (2016), Aufbau West (2017) und Ruinenwert (2019) in ein diskursives Verhältnis zu Schönbergers Recherchen über Albert Speer und Brandolinis postmoderner Designtheorie setzt. Die Künstlerin Henrike Naumann (geb. 1984 in Zwickau, lebt und arbeitet in Berlin) erlebte in den frühen 90er-Jahren die rechtsextreme Ideologie als vorherrschende Jugendkultur in ihrer Stadt. In ihrer Arbeit reflektiert sie die Geschichte des rechten Terrorismus in Deutschland sowie die heutige breite Akzeptanz rassistischen Gedankenguts in breiten Bevölkerungsschichten. Sie befasst sich mit den Mechanismen der Radikalisierung und deren Zusammenhang mit persönlicher Erfahrung und Jugendkultur. Naumann erforscht die Reibung konträrer politischer Meinungen durch die Ambivalenz des persönlichen ästhetischen Geschmacks.
