"Organisation ist zwar nicht alles, aber ohne Organisation ist alles nichts" , sagt man gerne. Und das gilt auch bei der Plankostenrechnung. Die beste Theorie nutzt wenig für die Praxis, wenn es nicht gelingt, sie zu "organisieren"; d. h. ein "Werkzeug" aus ihr zu machen, das man im Betrieb handhaben kann. Auf der anderen Seite sind keine konkreten Antworten zu bekommen, ohne daß man bestimmte Fragen stellt. Organisieren ohne eine theoretisch klare Konzeption ist Flickwerk. Die hier vorgelegte Schrift vereint beides: Theoretische Analyse und praktische Erfahrung. Der Verfasser kennt die Plankostenrechnung aus eigener Anschauung und hat an ihrer Einführung in Industriebetrieben organisatorisch mitgewirkt. Er zieht aber auch Forschung und Lehre zu Rat und berücksichtigt in seiner Darstellung die wichtigsten modernen Lehrmeinungen. Damit ist jetzt das 5. Heft der AGPLAN-Schriftenreihe erschienen. Sicher bildet es einen wichtigen Baustein auf dem Weg, den alle Veröffentlichungen unserer Arbeitsgemeinschaft gehen; über Stand und Entwicklung der Planungsrechnung in Theorie und Praxis aus erster Hand sorgfältig zu informieren
