Der Autor untersucht die dahingehenden deutschen Reformansätze sowie die neuen Regelungen der EuInsVO. Dabei zeigt er, dass der Schlüssel zur erfolgreichen Bewältigung von Insolvenzen innerhalb einer Unternehmensgruppe vorrangig in einer Zuständigkeitskonzentration liegt; und zwar sowohl auf Gerichts-, als auch auf Verwalterebene.
