Durch die Sorge um das Kind eskalieren in den Folgetagen Julias Schwierigkeiten mit ihrem Ehemann Brian und dessen herrischer Mutter; zudem wird sie Opfer eines Shitstorms im Internet; man bezichtigt sie, eine schlechte Mutter zu sein und verbreitet üble Lügen. Als Anna dann am 7. Tag plötzlich wieder auftaucht - unverletzt und ohne Erinnerung - setzt sich der Albtraum für Julia fort, denn die Hasstiraden im Social Network nehmen kein Ende und Brian will ihr das Kind entziehen ... Ein Krimierstling mit einem eigentlich vielversprechenden Plot, der aber leider viel zu langatmig ausgewalzt wird; zudem verrät der Rückentext schon die halbe Pointe, sodass Spannung erst im 2. Teil aufkommen kann. Im Zweifel ist "The couple next door" von S. Lapena (vgl. ID 9/17), in dem es ebenfalls um eine ungewöhnliche Kindesentführung geht, die bessere Wahl. Uschi Licht
