Teil geht es um Fragen des Erhalts lebenslanger Kreativität, wobei auch medizinische Belange der Interpreten verschiedenster Instrumente und Couleur (Solist, Orchestermusiker, Chorsänger, Lehrer usw.) eine wesentliche Rolle spielen. Ansprechendes Layout und Übersichtlichkeit, ein ausführlicher Anhang, ergänzende Websites machen das Buch zu einem interaktiven Kompendium. Auch für bereits aktive Profis sehr hilfreich.
