Ancient manuscript. Binding and layout simple and crude. Handwriting hasty and careless. Many prescriptions end with a seal: 珠街閣賴嵩蘭夫子授, 高曹仰診. Some prescriptions have an additional seal at their end: 胞弟秉成同診. One prescription has a stamp: 顔秋堂擬 門人金子才 子鴻芳侍診. Another has two further stamps: 世醫顔秋堂夫子授 [ ]莫伯擬, and 覆診需帶原方; 24.4 × 13.6.
