Im organisationalen Diversity-Manegement-Diskurs bleibt der/die/das Andere weiterhein konstruiert als das 'Nicht-Rationale', das wegen seines 'Anders seins' eine ökonomische Ressource darstellt, die Kreativität und Innovation ermöglicht. Bedingung ist allerdings, dass es 'gemanaged', d.h. rational gesteuert und im 'Zaum gehalten' wird - das Irrationale Andere wird rationalisiert. Die Inkorporierung dieses 'nicht-rationalen' Anderen kann so als rational gelten und ermöglicht das Fortbestehen von Organisationen als dramatische Inszenierungen der Rationalitätsmythen, die moderne Gesellschaften durchdringen.
