    Content: 本研究在对现有智库评价体系进行梳理的基础上，构建中国新闻出版行业智库影响力评价指标体系。该评价指标体系基于新闻出版行业智库资政辅政、理论创新、舆论引导、社会服务等功能需求，结合行业特点，从政策影响力、学术影响力和社会影响力三个维度进行评价。为更有针对性地评价政策影响力，我们构建了智库成果政策影响力评价模型，该模型包含两个核心维度，政策相关度和政策前瞻度，其中，政策相关度又包含领域相关度、内容相似度两个次级维度。学术影响力即智库论文的产出力和影响力，主要从智库论文被引情况进行评价。社会影响力包括智库网络媒体曝光度和智库网络传播能力两个指标，综合评价智库的知名度、活跃度及对外宣传能力。本研究以定量方法计算各智库得分，形成三个智库分项影响力排行和一个智库综合影响力排行，并对我国新闻出版行业智库建设存在的问题进行了深入思考，给出了相应建议。
