2009 erschien als Jubiläumsband "Das Jahr der Vögel, der Wiese und des Waldes" (ID-B 11/09), in dem die Bände der legendären "Uhren"-Reihe "Die Vogel-Uhr", "Die Wiesen-Uhr" und die "Wald-Uhr" zusammengefasst waren. Beim vorliegenden Band wurde m.E. nur der Titel geändert. Die Illustrationen von Irmgard Lucht sind nach wie vor bezaubernd in ihrer Detailtreue und ihren natürlichen Farben und können in ihrer Lebendigkeit mit jedem digital bearbeiteten Fotoband mithalten. Der Text erwähnt das Waldsterben und die Einflüsse der Bewirtschaftung der Wiesen durch den Menschen, neuere Erkenntnisse über das Insektensterben und Auswirkungen der Erderwärmung auf unsere Flora und Fauna sind nicht enthalten. Für Kinder ab 8 Jahren (viel Text) oder zum gemeinsamen Betrachten für jüngere. Gerne empfohlen als schönes Naturbuch oder als Ersatz für zerlesene Exemplare. Frühere Ausgaben lagen zum Vergleich nicht vor.
