Festival consisted of 13 concerts that brought its native city alive with classical music and honored the incredible legacy of its internationally celebrated alumnus, the conductor-composer Evgeny Svetlanov. The ninth concert of the series pays tribute to the compositional side of its namesake's talents with an all-Svetlanov concert of chamber music works for strings, piano, and woodwind quintet.
