Die Detektei braucht dringend Verstärkung, um den Fall aufzuklären. - Nach dem weniger überzeugenden 3. Band (vgl. "Mord Erster Klasse", ID-A 46/17) ist der neue wieder ein spannender Krimi, in dem bis zum Finale offen bleibt, wer der Mörder ist und die Atmosphäre des Internatslebens im England der 1930er-Jahre eine besondere Stimmung erzeugt. Wie gewohnt erzählt Hazel die Geschichte, in der die beiden Protagonistinnen zunehmend an Profil gewinnen. Auch die Randfiguren aus den vorigen Fällen nehmen Kontur an, insbesondere die 3 Mitbewohnerinnen, die nun offiziell zu Assistentinnen der Detektei geworden sind. Ein großes Lesevergnügen für alle Krimifans ab 12.
