Begleitband zu der Ausstellung, die im Jahr 2001 an 3 Stätten (Wilhelm-Busch-Museum Hannover, Museum Haus Ludwig Saarlouis und in der Ludwig Galerie Schloss Oberhausen) zu sehen sein wird. Etwas mehr als die Hälfte des Buches nehmen Exponate der Ausstellung ein, zum einen Titelseiten der Zeitschrift "le petit vingtième" von 1934 und 1935 mit Motiven aus Tim-und-Struppi-Geschichten (die in dem Blatt erstveröffentlicht wurden), zum anderen einige (Bleistift-)Seitenentwürfe von Hergé. Die letzten 46 Seiten enthalten den Artikel "Tim und Struppi in Deutschland", der v.a. Hintergrundinformationen zu jedem der 25 Abenteuer liefert, sowie eine Bibliographie mit den wichtigsten Veröffentlichungsdaten (besonders in Deutschland) und eine sehr knapp gehaltene Hergé-Biografie. Zwar lohnt es sich, einen Blick in dieses anschauliche und informative Werk zu werfen, doch ansprechen wird der nach "Tim und Struppi - 60 Jahre Abenteuer" (ID 46/90) 2. ausstellungsbegleitende Band in 1. Linie tiefergehend interessierte Tim-und-Struppi- bzw. Comic-Fans. (3) (Roland Schwarz)
