Ver antwortlich dafür ist die hohe Kristallanisotropie von 8 3 ca. 2.10 erg cm- , deren Ursache trotz vielfältiger Un tersuchungen bisher nicht voll verstanden ist. Amorphes Material gibt zu diesem Problem neue Gesichts punkte: - wie weit mittelt sich die Kristallanisotropie im nichtkristallinen Zustand heraus? - besteht eine atomare Nahordnung im amorphen Zustand? - kann diese Nahordnung im äußeren Magnetfeld während der Probenherstellung ausgerichtet werden? - wie ändert sich die Kristallanisotropie beim kontrol lierten Kristallisieren? - kann durch Kristallisieren im Magnetfeld eine Ausrich tung der Kristallite erreicht werden? Da smCoSsehr spröde und mechanisch nur schlecht bearbeitbar ist, wäre die Herstellung von Folien oder Schichten mit vor gebbaren magnetischen Eigenschaften z.B. durch Aufdampfen auch technisch interessant. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird das Aufdampfen von SmCo-Schichten im Vakuum beschrieben und deren strukturelles, magnetisches und elektrisches Verhalten bei verschiedener chemischer Zusammensetzung und Temperatur untersucht
