Rhyner ist anerkannter, praktizierender Ayurveda-Experte und Buchautor (zuletzt: "Ayurveda für Einsteiger", BA 12/07, neue Auflage bei BLV 2010) stellt in diesem eher kurzgefassten Ratgeber einfache Ayurveda-Yoga-Übungen vor, die jeder nach einem Konstitutionstest selbst für jede Tageszeit auswählen kann. Dazu gibt es in sehr übersichtlicher, klarer und verständlicher Form theoretisch Wissenswertes auf knapp 30 Seiten. Für die meisten Interessierten dürfte das für den Einstieg ausreichen; Versprechen wie bei den sonst ähnlichen Titeln von U. Grunert ("Stressfrei durch Ayurveda-Yoga", BA 8/08 und "Ayurveda-Yoga für die Wohlfühlfigur", BA 7/07) werden nicht gemacht. Natürlich stehen auch hier die positiven Auswirkungen für Körper und Seele im Vordergrund, doch kommt der überstrapazierte Begriff "Wellness" nicht vor. Ein informatives, auf die Sache konzentriertes Buch, das in jeden Bestand passt. (2)
