Die Klavierkonzerte von Ludwig van Beethoven spiegeln seine künstlerische Entwicklung wider. Hört man in seinem 1. TON-E Hört man in Beethovens erstem Klavierkonzert (entstanden 1795-1800) noch stellenweise den galanten Einfluss Mozarts, so offenbart sich im rund fünf Jahre später entstandenen Konzert Nr.4 endgültig die introspektive und zugleich kraftvolle Persönlichkeit des genialen Komponisten auf dem Höhepunkt seiner künstlerischen Reife.
